Recent career history. Carol has over 10 years experience of change management.
In a central strategic role within a leading local authority she has been involved
in the design and implementation of large-scale change programmes. During the
last 5 years she has concentrated on strategies relating to organisational culture,
personal development, IIP and Best Value.
Style. Carol is passionate about helping people to become the best they can
be and giving people choices in their lives, to learn, to grow and to reach
their full potential. At the same time she is results-orientated and aims to
make a direct impact on the success of the business. She is a skilled facilitator
and trainer who brings innovation, creativity, passion and fun to her work.
