We have a number of processes - one-to-one
coaching sessions, small workshops and major training programmes. However,
we are not in the business of imposing solutions! Rather we listen to what our
clients require and find solutions for them. The solution is often not an "off
the shelf" course, but one which is carefully tailored to your needs. Sometimes
it will be something completely new. We provide what is most needed. If we cannot
help we usually know someone who can and will put you in touch. See our strategic

Similarly when we run our training
courses we begin by listening to what delegates want and will adjust what
we do accordingly.
Our style in whatever we do is one of coaching. We focus on what our clients
want. They want change and we coach to find out what change they really want
(and need) and how they can achieve it. Our coaching philosophy runs through
our consultancy, facilitation
and training courses
as well as our one-to-one
coaching and group coaching.
Our coaching style has been heavily influenced by the ITS Coaching Certification
Programme taught by Ian McDermott and Jan Elfline for ITS.
