How does coaching work in practice?
Usually you work with a coach for three months. Sessions can be arranged at
a local coaching centre at times that fit in with your lifestyle. Alternatively
coaching can be done over the phone, usually after an initial face-to-face meeting.
How much does coaching cost?
You could be investing in a coaching package including a fast
track coaching course and five monthly face-to-face coaching sessions. Alternatively
you could have face to face coaching on a monthly basis or telephone coaching three times a
month. The cost will therefore depend on how much you wish to invest in yourself.
