We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients, on
taking an interest in how things progress and on being available for informal
advice.
Our training courses
and workshops are not simply about people having a good time and then forgetting
all about it. If they do not create any change, whether that be in an attitude
or a behaviour, then it has not been successful. That's why we like to follow
up after all our interventions, whether it be a workshop, facilitation
or consultancy assignment,
to find out what has changed as a result. We are interested in being effective.
Our coaches are always happy to receive emails or phone calls between one-to-one
coaching or group coaching
sessions although we do ask clients to keep these calls to under 10 minutes.
We are always willing to assist people with any questions following on from
working with us and eventually we have plans for email tutorials to embed learning.
Watch the web site page for news of this.
"People travel to wonder at
the height of mountains,
at the huge waves of the sea,
at the vast compass of the ocean,
at the circular motion of the stars
and they pass themselves by without wondering".
